Introduction
The optical fluorescence dissolved oxygen sensor is based on the physics principle of quenching the specific light fluorescence of a particular substance.The blue light from the light emitting diode (LED) illuminates the fluorescent material on the inner surface of the fluorescent cap, which is excited to emit red light by detecting the phase difference between the red and blue light and the internal calibration values.
The ratio is calculated to calculate the concentration of oxygen molecules and the final value is automatically compensated for by temperature and pressure.
