Desun oil in water sensors is a critical instrument used in a wide range of industries and applications to ensure environmental compliance and to protect natural water bodies from pollution. They play an important role in preventing pollution and maintaining a healthy environment for all living organisms.
Product Introduction
Commonly used oil-in-water detection methods include suspension, infrared spectrophotometry (unsuitable for low range), and ultraviolet spectrophotometry(unsuitable for high degree). Our online oil-in-water sensor uses the principle of fluorescence. Compared with several commonly used methods, the fluorescence method is more efficient and quicker and can be monitored in real-time.
The sensor has better repeatability and stabilitySelf-cleaning brush can be used to eliminate air bubbles, reduce the impact of contamination on the measurement, make the maintenance cycle longer, and maintain excellent stability for long-term online use. It can play an early warningrole on oil pollution in water. Suitable for oil quality monitoring, industrial circulating water, condensate, wastewater treatment, surface water stations, and other water quality monitoring scenarios.
Features:
-Digital sensor, RS-485 output, support MODBUS.
-With an automatic cleaning brush to eliminate the impact of oil on the measurement.
-Unaffected by suspended solids in water.
-Eliminate the effects of ambient light on measurements with unique optical and electronic filtering techniques.

Sensor maintenance
1) Sensor outer surface: Wash the outer surface of the sensor with tap water. If there is still debris, wipe it with a damp soft cloth. For some stubborn dirt, you can add some household washing liquid to the tap water to clean it.
2) Measuring the outer surface of the window: use tap water to clean the outer surface of the sensor. For some stubborn dirt, you can use traditional detergent and a soft cloth to clean it.
3) Check the cable of the sensor: the cable should not be tightened during normal operation, otherwise the internal wires of the cable will be easily broken, causing the sensor to not work normally.
